The Orangeburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (OCDSNB) has a highly qualified and experienced leadership team that places consumer quality of life as the most essential aspect of their job. This unifying goal is instilled in the 300+ OCDSNB employees serving people with disabilities throughout Orangeburg County.​

Board of Directorw

The Orangeburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (OCDSNB) is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors. Board members serve on a volunteer basis, with no compensation. Members are nominated by the Orangeburg County Council, and approved by the Governor.

​

The Board of Directors employs the Executive Director, who is responsible for the financial oversight, as well as the day-to-day operations and management of the agency’s 300 employees. The Board of Directors meets every other month on the second Thursday at 5:15 PM at the Administrative Office at 2785 Magnolia NE Orangeburg, SC 29118
