Getting Started

If you, or a loved one, are interested in receiving services through the Orangeburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board, please contact the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN) Information and Referral System. For those with an Intellectual Disability, Autism, or other related disability, please call: 800.289.7012. If you or your loved one has a Head or Spinal Cord Injury, please call 866.867.3864. The SCDDSN Information and Referral System personnel will determine if the request for eligibility/services will proceed. Once eligible for SCDDSN services, you may choose from a list of qualified Case Management and Early Intervention providers.
